So I got word from my phone company yesterday that in order for me to only have DSL service they are going to have to turn off my phone and my DSL for three weeks. 

Now, mind you, I understand how these technologies work and I know the actual turning off of the phone service is trivial.  But, the three weeks they need to turn everything off for is put into place for two reasons.

1. Company red tape and crap like that.

2. To dissuade me from getting just DSL and no phone.

Anyway, I didn't take their bate, I said turn the crap off.  So May 7 until June it looks like we will have no Internet connection.  Which also means no, getyourowntots.com unless I can find another place to host it.

I have asked around to see if anyone would be willing to host it for me for a few weeks but so far all I have gotten is negatives. 

Well, looks like I should probably go out and get my seven mile run done today before it gets cloudy and cold.
