If you want to add double quotes " to something in VB.NET you have to double your double quotes "".

EXAMPLE:

MessageBox.Show("I think you are ""CUTE""")

Will produce:   I think you are "CUTE".

It took me about 15 minutes to discover this on Google, so maybe this will expdiate your search.
