This one I actually wrote. It is VB.NET. A few blogs ago I showed you how to get the ObjectGUID of an Object and convert it to a string (here). In this function you can pass in that long string of letters and number that represent an ObjectGUID and the function will format the string so that it can be used to query for objects off of in Active Directory. See my blog on querying for objects out of Active Directory using the ObjectGUID (here).
This function works like so.
