Over the years I have gotten my fair share of the Bag of Craps from Woot.com. Here is a little guide I wrote to some friends to help them get the Bag of Crap, maybe it can help you too!
During the Woot Off is the best time to get it. Because you don't have to be watching the stie at 1:00 A.M. exactly when the item is listed.
Generally speaking the Bag of Crap or Random Crap appears the second day of the Woot Off usually in the afternoon at some point.
Make sure you are logged into Woot.com
If you use Firefox, I highly suggest using the ReloadEvery plugin and set it to 5 seconds when an item is nearly sold out.
Once an item sells out you can wait for the five second reload or press reload yourself.
When the bag of crap comes up click on the button immediately and make sure you have your Three Digit Credit Card code ready to enter.
The site will crash and slow down, but being patient and hitting reload will get it.
I find I have more luck actually ordering the Bag of Crap using Internet Explorer then with Firefox.
