OH MY GOODNESS!!! Wow times ten. I am ecstatic for the both of you. The next several months will be an awesome adventure, and you will both be stretched into cooler versions of your former selves.... and that is all just before the baby gets here. I don't even know yet what comes after. I do know that I am thrilled beyond words that the Bean will have a Hilbert to play with and be friends with. Annie's friendship meant so much to me growing up, as yours has come to mean, and there is no one I would rather support in this expereince! Yay, yay, yay!!!

My advice? By stock in rolaids. Seriously. The first, like, 20 weeks were very hard for me and I was sick a lot. After that, however, life got so much better than I ever could have imagined and I've actually started to feel more - I can't say more 'what' per se, but I feel "more". If Annie feels crummy, just keep in mind that it DOES get better, and often it does so really quickly.

You guys will be such fantastic parents. What a lucky little baby! And how fortunate for the world that two such neat people have chosen to procreate!

Congrats, you guys. You know how I love babies! Now that Marc's boys are getting older, I've been in need of a baby fix. And my own boys are awhile away from baby making, so you're the next best thing. And I'll express my preference right now; I prefer boys! But girls are wonderful, too, as long as they are not my own. I'm excited for you!
