Sebastian has been doing great. Mommy and I are so happy he has come to stay with our family. I don’t really think he had much choice in the matter, but we still feel super blessed to have this great little man!
Sebastian had his first checkup today and he is doing great. He has already gained nearly 10 ounces since he left the hospital. I give a lot of credit to both Annie and Sebastian on the great work.
We are all sleeping a bit. Annie lets me get a big chunk in at night and then she sleeps off and on throughout the day. Sebastian might be starting a schedule a bit, but I think it is way too early to tell.
Basically, life is grand!

Lots and lots of visitors on his second day of life. Sebastian got circumsized and didn't seem to mind that much at all. He came around 8 P.M. where Grandma and Grandpa Newman were waiting for him. We all had pizza, then Grandpa left to go home and Grandma stayed. Annie went to bed and I started unpacking sorting the bags.
He slept a little bit through his first night, mostly with Grandma or I holding him or Annie feeding him.
He seems happy and content and is eating like a champ. Not sure what else you could ask for.
Grand Dad Larry sent over the photos he took of the little guy and they can be see here.

Sebastian Lane Hilbert was born on March 20, 2009 at 6:41 P.M. He is a tall boy at 21 inches. He weighed 7 lbs .75 ounces. He has a head of dark hair and baby blue eyes. We are so excited to have him in our family.
Mom and Dad are doing great!

The baby boy missed his due date of the 16th of March. I figured he would. I have him pegged as a 21st baby myself. He will share his birthday with friends and family if that is the case. I was sort of bummed that he wasn't born today, St. Patrick's day as I had convinced that I would make his middle name, "O'". Sebastian O' Hilbert. Don't tell me that isn't strong. While I might have been convinced Annie was anything but, so I guess that probably wouldn't have happened.Everything is nearly ready for his arrival. We have a few more minor things here and there to do, but the big things are in place and ready to go. Annie is really wanting him to show up NOW. I am wanting him to show up when he is ready. I can wait. I will only live this particular lifestyle for a very finite amount of time, so I will enjoy it while it last.Beautiful weather, I hope it stays that way. I think I will plant something on the day he is born, or right around then and see who wins as far as height goes....

It is a great day in Central Indiana it is in the mid-60s, I have the windows opened, letting out all of that stale winter air. Rocking it out to Horads.de live audio stream. Couldn't ask for much more.
The blog has sufferred as I have been using Twitter lately. That is what those short little weird messages at the top of the page. If you are interested in knowing more check me out http://twitter.com/slhilbert
Also, I have broken down and joined Facebook and I actually sort of like it. It is nice to know what people of yester year are doing. While people come and go in our lives, shared experiences remain with us forever. Friend me at slhilbert
In the business world things are going great! Lots of work to do, so much that I am finding it hard to keep up. This is a good thing for sure and I feel blessed to be so busy especially during these times.
I continue to my interest in politics and found these times quite interesting. Unfortunately,...

Over the years I have gotten my fair share of the Bag of Craps from Woot.com. Here is a little guide I wrote to some friends to help them get the Bag of Crap, maybe it can help you too!
During the Woot Off is the best time to get it. Because you don't have to be watching the stie at 1:00 A.M. exactly when the item is listed.Generally speaking the Bag of Crap or Random Crap appears the second day of the Woot Off usually in the afternoon at some point.
Make sure you are logged into Woot.comIf you use Firefox, I highly suggest using the ReloadEvery plugin and set it to 5 seconds when an item is nearly sold out.
Once an item sells out you can wait for the five second reload or press reload yourself.
When the bag of crap comes up click on the button immediately and make sure you have your Three Digit Credit Card code ready to enter. The site will crash and slow down, but being patient and hitting reload will get it.
I find I have more luck actually ordering the Bag of Crap using Internet Explorer then with Firefox.

Taking a bit of R&R today to have some friends over for games a movies. I have a bit of cold today, but I am hopeful that it won't affect me too much. Trying to get things like this done before the baby comes.

Seems like the blog has reverted into just baby updates. Pretty lame really, I know, but things are busy. The baby is due in about a month and Annie and I still have so much to do. I feel adequatelyl prepared for the bambino's arrival, we have a crib, and that sort of thing.
However, I have a lot of projects and work that I am doing that I would love to get done before he gets here. Not sure it is all going to get done or not. I have been keeping my head down and just plowing through all of it in hopes that I can make it.
We took a tour of the hospital last night where we are going to have it. Seems very nice, and modern. Some of the accent lighting reminds me strangely of Star Trek.
They have Internet access so you can expect real time updates. YEAH!
