Stuff about Stuart's life. You know programming, life, liberity the pursuit of happiness. Whatever! GOSH!

In  a true gesture of companionship Annie and I have both miss-placed our cell phones.    To those who call, sorry we aren't there, whereever there might be.

Annie and Stuart FTW

Woot.com had their Woot Off yesterday and I was able to snag a bag of crap!  Yeah!  Should be here within 10 days so that will mean a new video on YouTube.

Can't wait!

Annie and I got the new game Star Wars Forced Unleashed for the Wii this weekend and let me just tell you, I LOVE IT!

Playing the game I really feel like I have the force and I can do whatever I want to do with it.

The storyline is epic and if you are never going to play this game, you still should be familiar with it if you are the least bit a Star Wars fan.

Checkout cut scenes for the game over on YouTube.com

I went over to http://simpsonizeme.com and created myself as a Simpson Character.  I don't think it really looks like me at all.

My site is worth $226.3.
How much is yours worth?

Without the sound effects this would just be another stupid cat.

Alright, the Olympics are over, they moved the Harry Potter movie to next summer so the only thing that we got going on between now and then end of the year is the election, and on what fun this is going to be! I watched a few nights of the Democrat Convention last week. I have watched a few nights of the republican convention this week. Here are my thoughts: 1.) This conventions are super cheesy! The camera shots they choose are so obvious and contrived. 2.) The house band sucks, or at least they don't have a clue when they should start playing and when to end. 3.) People need to know there speeches without a teleprompter, I have seen a number of people nearly have a breakdown because the teleprompter isn't working. LAME. Sarah Palin spoke last night and of course we were all eager to hear it, since most of us haven't heard her speak for much longer than a few minutes, if ever. I felt like she did a great job. I mean, I had low expectations because according to the media she was suppose to...

Hope everyone has a great Labor Day.  I am actually not going to work too much over this three day weekend.  It is a miracle!

Stuart

As I write the closing ceremony is being shown by NBC right now.  Thanks to a little magic by Orb.com I am recording it and will watch it tomorrow without the commericals and without needed to stay up until the wee hours of the morning.

This was a gerat olympics, one of the best in recent memories for me.  On far too many nights I found myself up way too late watching the coverage.  With such atheletes as Michael Phelps and Bolt, there was plenty to watch and enjoy.

The surprise of this Olympics was how much I enjoyed all of the volleyball events.  What came as no surprise is that I still don't like watching Olympic basketball.

I thought handball and field hockey were going to be really fun to watch, but in the end they just were a bit bland for me.

BMX and Mountain Biking definitly caught my attention this year as sports that seemed pretty dang cool and challenging.  Archery is another that looks like it could be sort of fun to watch.

With the coverage at NbcOlympics.com this...
