While I am hear posting Annie's video I might as well make a quick update.   Things here are well.  I have a bit of a head cold/air ache thing.  I got it while in Washington D.C. last week and it just isn't going away.

Annie hurt her leg a few weeks ago and is still recovering.  She didn't break it but she did overuse it and it got all big and swollen and she couldn't walk real well so I just gave her a cane and put roller blades on her good foot and she pushed herself around.

Work for me is going well.  Staying really busy and trying to get caught up after being out of town last week.  I continue to love freelancing.

Annie is finishing up school, which is always exciting because she will be around all summer. 

We are really looking forward to the summer as we will be travelling to Europe, watching the olympics, lots of great movies, gardening, disc golf, etc, etc, etc!

I am a summer man if you can't tell.

I have been saying to everyone who can hear me speak,(about 2/3 of the male population and a sampling of the female population it seems only about 1/5), that I need a new computer.  The one I have now is just getting slower and slower and takes longer and longer and now has started to not boot up properly from time to time.

Well, I have been wanting to get a new laptop.  However, I don't travel all that much and when I do, I end up only using an Internet browser anyway. 

Therefore, I have decided that I can get the most bang for my buck with a desktop.  Woot.com happened to have a great desktop for sale today so I jumpted on it.

I am excited to get it.  It probably won't get here for three weeks, so be prepared to listen to me complain.

I had a first round of logos created for Hilbert Solutions, LLC a while back.  I then got super busy and haven't done much with them.  Do you like any of them?

A while back I blogged about how Annie and I each had gotten the Midnightbox.com, "Mystery Box".

Well, we got them in the mail last night and they were decent.  I should note that it came in an envelop, that in no way, looked like a box.

Here is what we got between the two boxes.

2 - Midnightbox.com pen.  One mini pen with lanyard and one regular type pen.

2 - Compaq, retractable phone cord device, that is great for that 1997 road warrior.

1 - USB mini hub.  Nice.

1 - USB Light with a USB Car Adaptor.  Suprisingly useful.

4 - IPod Nano covers (Annie took them to school to give away, due to the lack of anything Apple in our house, besides the apples I eat everyday for lunch)

Overall, not a bad haul.
